A man and woman have been arrested in connection with the murder of George Gilmore.
The high profile loyalist was shot in his car in the Woodburn Estate in Carrickfergus on the 13th of March.
The 44 year old later died in hospital as a result of his injuries.
A man aged 37 and a 32 year old woman have been taken to Musgrave police station for questioning.
Detectives continue to appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time of the shooting and who witnessed the attack to contact them
