Pensioner killed following car collision in Annahilt

A pensioner has been knocked down and killed following a road traffic collision in Annahilt.

The 78 year-old was on the Glebe Road just before nine last night when he was involved in a collision with a red volvo car.

The driver of the vehicle has been spoken to by police and the road remains closed this morning.
