Planning permission has been granted for a new office block to be developed at Ebrington Square.
The application to redevelop ‘Building 104’ in the historic site was made by the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister.
Plans include refurbishing one of the areas listed buildings to accomodate nineteen offices.
A new front entrance will be installed and a two storey extension added at the former Barracks site.
