Detectives appeal for information about an assault in the early hours of this morning (Mon 26th)
Detectives in are appealing for witnesses, following a serious assault on the Ballycastle Road in Coleraine during the early hours of this morning. At around 1am Monday 26th September, police received reports that a man in his 50’s, was assaulted outside a property on the road. He was taken to hospital where he is currently receiving treatment for serious head injuries. His condition has been described as critical.
Detectives investigating the incident have arrested two men aged 30 and 31. The two men are currently in police custody.
