North Coast police say they'll report two young motorists, including an R driver, to the Public Prosecution Service.
They were separately clocked doing 104 miles per hour and 94 mph on the Limavady Mountain Road at the weekend.
Police describe the situations as "total madness". They say the young men were both at "very high risk of killing themselves and others".
