Police are asking all fans attending the Coleraine/Glenavon match this Saturday, April 1st, at Ballymena Showgrounds to ensure their behaviour doesn’t reflect badly on their clubs.

Chief Inspector Stephen McCauley said: “We have seen sporadic incidents of disorderly behaviour at recent matches in the town therefore our message ahead of this weekend’s game couldn’t be clearer - don’t come here expecting to cause trouble.Anyone found to be engaging in reckless, disorderly or criminal behaviour will be dealt with appropriately and we will actively seek banning orders for anyone brought before the courts. We welcome the support of all Irish League clubs in sharing this message and encouraging fans to show their support in the right way.”
