Gardaí say the body of a newborn baby found on a beach in North Dublin was a girl at full term.
The infant's remains were found on Bells beach in Balbriggan early yesterday morning.
A post-mortem examination has ruled "no foul play" was involved in the child's death.
Detectives are still concerned for the well-being of the mother and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
