Decisions by the Public Prosecution Service on alleged breaches of coronavirus restrictions at Bobby Storey's funeral are to be made public later.
The actions of 24 people were looked into, including Deputy First Minister Michelle O'Neill.
The funeral for the former IRA man in June, attracted 2,000 mourners at a time when only 30 people were permitted at public gatherings.
The investigation centred on whether there was a breach of COVID-19 regulations.
Last year Belfast city council admitted that the Storey family was the only one allowed into Roselawn for a cremation at the time.
Eight other families were not allowed in as their loved-ones were cremated.
The council said this decision was an "error of judgement" and has sent an apology to all of the families affected.
