In the PSNI's annual crime statistics, it was revealed that sectarian incidents in Fermanagh and Omagh have almost doubled since last year.
In 2016-2017, there were 48 incidents in the district area with sectarian motivation.
This is in comparison to the 26 incidents that were reported the year before.
This hike of 85% (22 incidents) was the largest rise recorded in all policing districts across Northern Ireland over the last year.
There was also an increase in the number of domestic abuse reports across Fermanagh and Omagh.
While sectarian incidents and domestic abuse increased, statistics also showed that overall crime in the area fell in 2016-2017.
Across all of Northern Ireland it's fallen by 6.6 per cent year on year and is at it's lowest level in almost 20 years.
In Fermanagh and Omagh the number of crimes reported in the past 12 months were down by 7.2 per-cent.
This represents 358 fewer local victims.
