Sinn Fein's West Tyrone MP has received a death threat on social media.
Barry McElduff reported the attempted intimidation to police and urged them to take appropriate action.
He added: "A sinister threat was made against me on social media after posting a video over the weekend."
Mr McElduff was elected to Westminster earlier this year after a lengthy career in local government and Stormont politics.
