A suspicious object has been discovered on the Ballyquinn Road in Dungiven.

The road has been closed at the junctions with the Camnish Road and the Curragh Road.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

There are no further details at this time.

The Ballyquinn Road, Dungiven is closed at the junctions with the Camnish Road and the Curragh Road this morning (Monday 19th April), following a report of a suspicious object in the area.
