Talks over wages at Glen Dimplex in Newry have entered a second day.
It's after SIPTU suspended strike action planned for Monday.
Negotiations between workers and staff have been ongoing for months.
Further strikes by the one hundred and twenty SIPTU members are expected if a resolution isn't met.
