It's after two workers at their police drug testing lab in Manchester were arrested.
The men face suspicion of perverting the course of justice, and have now been bailed.
Meanwhile hundreds of cases at Randox Testing Services could be reviewed.
But at this stage, the PSNI say there's no reason to believe that any of the cases relate to them.
