Three men arrested in connection with a murder in Warrenpoint almost three years ago have been released.
The men, aged 54, 63 and 67, were questioned about the murder of 37-year-old Wayne Boylan in the Lower Dromore Road area of Warrenpoint in January 2019.
The father of one was shot dead as he socialised with friends at a house in the area on Friday, 18 January 2019, after two masked men burst into the house with a shotgun just after nightfall.
A 21-year-old female, who was also in the house, was struck in the face and neck by pellets from the blast.
UPDATE, PSNI: Three men aged 54, 63 and 67 arrested by detectives from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch investigating the murder of 37-year-old Wayne Boylan in the Lower Dromore Road area of Warrenpoint on January 18, 2019 have all been released following questioning.
