It could cost between £500 and £1,500 to get the clock hands of St Anne’s Parish Church in Dungannon moving again.
They’ve been stalled for six months.
DUP Councillor Clement Cuthbertson says the issue is trying to locate the professional needed to carry out the work.
And he says he hopes time will begin to move forward on the popular attraction.
