Two men have been charged with being concerned in production of class A controlled drugs.
It follows the discovery of a suspected drug manufacturing facility in a house in east Belfast on Wednesday.
The suspects, aged 42 and 44 are expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court today.
Meanwhile, the 42-year-old also faces a further charge of making off without payment.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
