Tyrone star gets behind Cycle Against Suicide

Tyrone star Sean Cavanagh has been showing support for tomorrow's Cycle Against Suicide spin-off. 

He has joined his manager Mickey Harte in urging people to get on board with the cause.

The player has also took to social media in spreading the message "it's ok not to feel ok".

The cycle will be taking place in Armagh but will run through areas in Tyrone - Moy, Eglish and Donaghmore. 

They are encouraging people of all fitness levels to come out and support the cause.
