Police have confirmed the man who died following a two-vehicle crash in Articlave yesterday was 63-year-old Edward Montgomery.
Edward was from the Articlave area.
The collision happened on the Quilly Road at around 9.45am and inolved a white Volkswagen Passat and a grey Volkswagen Polo.
Two other men were injured and were taken to hospital for treatment but their injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses or anyone who may have captured either of the cars being driven in the area on dash-cam, to contact officers in Coleraine on 101 quoting reference number 597 09/08/19.
