Police are investigating an arson attack on a house in Limavady.
It happened in the Coolesson Walk area, at around 11.20pm on Tuesday.
A wheelie bin had been placed at the rear door of the property and set alight.
PSNI officers and NIFRS attended the scene and the blaze was extinguished.
No-one was inside the property at the time.
