26 new full and part-time jobs have been created at the Fairhill Shopping Centre in Ballymena.
It's just signed up three new tenants - Greggs Bakery, Chopstix Noodle Bar and bookshop 'The Works'.
The Fairhill is trying hard to minimise vacant shop units, a worldwide problem since the 2008 Economic Crash.
