The leader of far-right group, Britain First, has been arrested in Belfast whilst attending the court case of his deputy.
The 35 year old was here to support Jayda Fransen as she stood accused of behaviour likely to stir up hatred.
Fransen, from Anerley in south-east London, has been charged with using words which were threatening, abusive or insulting.
The 31-year-old spoke at a demonstration outside Belfast City Hall in August and was arrested last month.
Outside court afterwards the 31-year-old said it was a "nonsense charge".
"I criticise Islam and now they want to send me to prison for two years."
Mr.Golding's detention is in connection with the same speech in Belfast this summer.
He was arrested by detectives investigating the 'Northern Ireland Against Terrorism rally'.
