The emergency services are dealing with an incident at the River Lagan in Belfast.
It's understood one person is in difficulty but there are no further details.
On lookers reported seeing a young man balanced precariously on a hydraulic ram on the river's weir boom.

Specially trained negotiators have been trying to talk the young man into climbing back to safety as river rescue boats standby both above and below the weir.
