The Royal College of Nursing says it's concern about the growing number of members who are leaving the profession.
New figures show 1 hundred and 82 nurses resigned from the Belfast Trust in the first half of this year.
It represents more than half of the 3 hundred and 15 nurses who left between 1st of January and 31st of July.
81 of them retired and 21 transferred within the health service.
