A man in his sixties has died suddenly at a business premises in Derry-Londonderry.
It happened on the Coney Road in Culmore at around 8pm last night.
It's understood the man was declared dead at the scene.
A cordon was put in place while officers carried out initial investigations.
The PSNI says officers will liaise with the Health & Safety Executive as they investigate the circumstances.
