A security alert at Belfast City Cemetery on the Falls Road has come to an end.
A police spokesperson said: "Police and ATO attended the scene after a suspicious object was discovered in the cemetery grounds on Tuesday afternoon.
"The object was examined at the scene and has been described as old munitions which are in a non-viable state.
"Further examinations of items recovered will be carried out in due course. Police cordons inside the cemetery have been removed.
