One person has died following a road crash in Co Tyrone.
Police are appealing for information about the two-vehicle collision in Omagh on Sunday.
Detective Inspector Dave Stewart, from the Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Police received a report at around 9.10am of a collision involving a Volvo and a Mazda in the Clanabogan Road area.
“Officers, along with colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service attended. However, sadly, one person was pronounced deceased at the scene.”
“The Clanabogan Road, which was closed for a time, has since reopened.
“Our inquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have any information which could assist with our investigation – including dash-cam or other footage – contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 466 of 17/05/26.”
