Police are warning of the dangers of fireworks after a gang of young people were caught throwing the explosives into local shops.
Blackmountain Neighbourhood Officers spotted the group in the Kelly's Corner area of the Whiterock Road last night.
They've warned that if misused, fireworks have the potential cause serious injury or death.
A PSNI spokesperson said:
"Not only does this have the potential to cause injury or death to people in their community, it could be them losing fingers, eyesight or their future.
"Please think of the consequences of playing with fireworks!"
