Two hospitals in Derry/Londonderry have banned visitors for a week following a spike in the number of coronavirus patients.
The Western Trust says visiting has been paused at the Altnagelvin and Waterside hospitals.
More than a third of the Covid-19 patients in Northern Ireland hospitals are on wards in the trust.
Chief Executive Neil Guckian says there's also concern about the number of people testing positive after visiting the hospitals:
