A man's been arrested in connection with the attempted theft of a car in South Belfast on Friday.
Video footage of the incident on Ireton Street in Botanic was widely shared on social media.
The 22 year old has been arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery, taking and driving away, and possession of an offensive weapon.
A PSNI statement said:
"Detectives investigating an attempt to steal a vehicle in the Ireton Street area of south Belfast on Friday 6 September have arrested a man following a number of searches in Crumlin today (Sunday 8th September)."
"The 22 year old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery, taking and driving away and possession of an offensive weapon and is currently in custody assisting officers with their enquiries."
"The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at Musgrave on 101 quoting reference number 1929 06/08/19."
