25% of Northern Ireland workers don't stay in work until pension age

Northern Ireland's high sick note levels need addressed, according to a Ballycastle councillor.

It's after it emerged that 24% of employees here aren't in work by pension age. That's twice the UK average.

Causeway Coast and Glens Councillor Joan Baird says we need to look hard at the causes:
