Antrim Area Hospital's long-awaited second MRI scanner will be fully up-and-running by July 2018, according to the Northern Health Trust
The Trust says it will boost the range and number of scans available, and the Trust has confirmed that its construction has already started.
Also £300 000 will be spent refurbishing Antrim Area Hospital's eight bed Critical Care Unit, It's expected to be ready by this November.
