£3,000 stolen from Golf club in Castledawson

In the early hours of this morning, around £3,000 was stolen from Moyola Park Golf Club in Castledawson.

Thieves entered the premises on the Curran Road, sometime between 1am and 2am.

Police say they also caused damage to doors and shutters during the incident.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the PSNI on the non-emergency 101 number, or anonymously through the Crimestoppers charity.
