A 49 year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Matthew Boyd outside Dungannon in 1993.
The suspect has been taken to Musgrave Police Station for questioning.
The 60 year-old victim was shot while driving his car along the Donaghmore Road on January 11th.
