One of Northern Ireland's largest homebuilders, Hagan Homes, is set to start constructing seventy-eight new houses in Ballyclare.
Around 50 jobs will be created on a five-and-a-half acre plot on the Fairview Farm Road over four years.
Phase one of the £9.5 million development is scheduled for completion later this year.
