A 50 year old man has died suddenly following an incident involving a car in north Belfast.
The man has been named as Brian Braiden.
It's understood paramedics and the charity Air Ambulance were called to the Antrim road area at lunchtime today.
Inspector McCullough said: “Along with our colleagues in NIFRS and NIAS, police attended the sudden death of a man in the Antrim road area of north Belfast at around 2.15pm today, Monday 26 November.
A post mortem is due to take place to determine the cause of death. However it is not being treated as suspicious at this time.”
