The young mum of three died after being struck by a scrambler last month.

An appeal's been launched for witnesses following the death of Valerie Armstrong in west Belfast.

The young mum of three died after being struck by a scrambler last month.

Maria McCann has more:

The 35 year old was walking her dog in the Colin Glen Forest Park at the time of the collision.

It happened around 6 o clock on Tuesday the 19th of July.

Police say they believe many more people were in the area on the evening and have called on them to get in touch.

A 17 year old boy was remanded in to custody over the crash and is due to appear via videolink next Thursday.
