That's Ballymena SDLP Councillor Declan O'Loan blunt advice after an Assembly Election that saw nationalists almost draw level with unionists.
Here in overwhelmingly unionist North Antrim Sinn Fein topped the poll. The SDLP again failed to win a seat, but their vote was up.
