Ballymoney security alert 'an elaborate hoax'

A security alert in Ballymoney that led to a number of homes being evacuated has ended.

It followed the discovery of a suspicious object in The Crescent in the Co Antrim town which police say was "an elaborate hoax".

The Crescent has reopened to traffic.
