Kilkeel Chamber of Commerce is optimistic about Ballynahinch bypass been greenlighted despite a history of setbacks.
The planned single carriageway has been stalled repeatedly with the latest hold-up projected to last four years.
But the Chamber's CEO Cliff Coulter is hopeful, "It's like a lot of major projects - it's a step forward and sometimes two steps backwards, but we have to just wait and see what the outcome will be and hopefully things will iron out."
