A body has been recovered from the River Foyle in Derry - Londonderry.

Police say the remains were found on Tuesday night.

A post mortem examination will take place in due course, although no further details have been released.

It comes as the family of Dean Millar continue searches for the missing 18 year old.

Dean was last seen more than five weeks ago after leaving a party in the Brandywell area of the city.

CCTV images later showed that he had made his way towards the Craigavon Bridge, where it's believed he entered the water.
