The Deputy First Minister spoke at the North South Ministerial meeting yesterday

The Deputy First Minister says it's possible that Brexit could benefit paramilitaries. 

Martin McGuinness was speaking at the North South Ministerial council meeting yesterday where political leaders discussed the complications of Britain leaving the EU. 

Police Chiefs have already expressed fears over the loss of European arrest warrants which allow Gardai and the PSNI to work together.
