A cat that had gone missing from Portadown has been found decapitated near its home.
It's believed the pet named Mylo fell victim to a "malicious killer".
She had only been missing a few hours before she was found dead.
The news broken on Facebook yesterday by Pet Connection, a Newry store that has been mapping the disappearances of cats reported to them since the beginning of the year.
So far more than 250 are missing.
They began to disappear mainly in the Newry are but the alleged cat kidnaps have spread to Belfast and as far as Dublin.
