An adjudication hearing's to take place after an independent councillor breached the code of conduct.
Patrick Clarke's been convicted of sexual assault and fraud.
The former Alliance councillor admitted to swindling nearly £3,000 from two community groups.
He also pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman in 2014.
The offences took place between 2010 and 2015.
A decision on his sanction has been adjourned until 20th October.
