Covid-19: Five deaths, 4,769 cases

Five more people who had tested positive for Covid-19 in Northern Ireland have died.

All five deaths occured in the past 24 hours.

A further 4,769 new cases have been diagnosed.

There are 357 Covid-positive patients in hospital, of whom 13 are receiving specialist care in ICU.

The death toll since the pandemic began stands at 3,120.

There are outbreaks in 175 care homes across the north.

The highest percentage of new cases in the past seven days are among the 10 to 14 age group (15%).
