A further eight patients who had previously tested positive for Covid-19 have died in Northern Ireland.
Another 1,039 cases of the virus have also been notified by the Department of Health.
On Friday morning, there were 342 Covid-positive patients in local hospitals - 33 in intensive care.

Figures released on Thursday showed two coronavirus deaths and 1,163 new cases in the previous 24 hours.
