A Bessbrook heritage landmark has reached the final stages for £120,000 of funding.
If awarded, the cash from Sports NI's Outdoor Spaces program will be used to develop trails in the surrounding 110 acres of grounds at Derrymore House.
It is hoped the development will mean more visitors to the 18th Century thatched cottage.
