Patrick Clarke has quit the council and politics.
The former independent Slieve Croob councillor has said he's stepping down for medical reasons.
Clarke's been convicted of defrauding two community groups and of sexual harassment.
The forty-two year old will face sanctions for breaching the council's code of conduct.
An adjudication hearing will take place next week.
