An antenatal program with a difference helps parents-to-be bond better with their babies.
That's according to the findings of a twelve-month study with over a hundred participants.
The program focuses on emotional health and well-being as well as pregnancy and the birthing process.
Findings also showed the ability to cope with parenthood increased.
