Poem by Charlotte’s family

There aren't enough words to describe how we feel, we try as a family to get by as best we can,
You were such a free spirit, never needed anyone,
Always off on new adventures, and sometimes forgot to fill us in,
You didn't need our approval,
You were so authentic in everything you done.
Troubles are bubbles and bubbles blow away; build a wall and get over it! That's what you always used to say!
No one is worth your tears but you are worth ours,
It hurts me to know you couldn't blow bubbles you couldn't build a wall and I wasn't there that night something bad happened to you,
You started a new life in the Moy. You are my twin but the complete opposite of me for I could never leave home, and that's where your life ended and we know deep in our hearts someone has murdered you,
And now our troubles are bubbles that won't blow away, we can't build a wall and get over it, our grief and hurt is here to stay,
Our special events aren't special anymore; our hearts are broken and we are sick - sick to our stomachs and we just don't know what to do anymore,
Someone has taken your life and they know what they have done,
Find the decency in you and tell us where she is,
We didn't get to say goodbye,
We won't rest until we can lay you to rest,
Someone out there knows where you are and we beg that person to find it in their heart to tell us, to give us closure,

Let us bring our sister home...
