Fireworks and cigarettes seized by Newtownabbey police

Hundreds of illegal fireworks and a large quantity of cigarettes have been been seized in Newtownabbey.

Police made the discovery after after concerns from local residents about firework use and anti-social behaviour.

A sum of cash was also found during the search in the Rathcoole area this morning.
